Johnny Appleseed fell out of bed onto the floor.    <\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153What the hell is going on?\u00e2\u20ac\u009d  Johnny asked.  He looked around in the fuzzy state he was in, barely taking in the room littered with empty bottles and pills scattered on the floor.  \u00e2\u20ac\u0153We have a mission!
