So I thought that I would\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6I mean it needed sort of a re-engineering, in a way\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6So I\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6Well, it was more of a manufacturing defect.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d  He paused.  \u00e2\u20ac\u0153And the metal hanger was insulated.  How was I supposed to know it would short out the outlet?  And the whole trailer to boot?  There was rubber insulation on it.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n<p>The First Sergeant looked at him with a blank stare.
